From a customer - Friday, July 18, 2008
Hello,

I placed an order for 6 qpods with your company yesterday. I 
was concerned that the order may not arrive by Friday and I have a 
tournament on Saturday in which I was hoping to use my new pods. I 
contacted your customer service dept. to find out when my order would be 
shipped and was inform it was not scheduled to ship until tomorrow 
(7/16.) I explained to your rep. my situation regarding my tournament on 
Saturday and he offered to "bump up" my order so it would arrive on
time.

I purchased my original Q loader as a slightly used kit from a friend 
who tried it and didn't like it so I did not have the pleasure of 
dealing directly with your company. I wanted to contact you to let you 
know how impressed I was with your customer service and how much I enjoy 
your product. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name when I 
called but thank you to all of you for your outstanding customer service.
